Taxes and Tourist Tax:
The prices quoted include bed linen, hand and bath towels, final cleaning as well as taxes (13%) and TOURIST TAX , which we pay directly to the Šibenik Tourist Office on your behalf. The Tourist Tax is:

• 1,59 € per person and night in the period 01.01. to 31.12.2023.

Check-in:

• Your apartment is available from 15.00 on the day of arrival.
• We ask for your understanding that an earlier check-in is only possible upon availability and prior consultation with us.

Check-out:

• Your apartment must be vacated by 10.00 am.
• We ask for your understanding that a later check-out is only possible upon availability and prior consultation with us..
• If you would like to extend your stay, we ask you to contact us in time.

Reservations:

• Your reservation is considered binding upon receipt of a reservation confirmation. A refund of the booking price is possible only in exceptional cases and after prior consultation.

Exceptional case:

Due to the increased effort, we generally do not rent our apartments for ONE or TWO NIGHTS.

In exceptional cases and only after prior consultation with us, a booking for one night or two nights is possible. We ask for your understanding that when booking for ONLY ONE/TWO NIGHTS, we charge the following surcharge on the seasonal price valid at that time:

• 50 % for the periods 01.01. - 30.06. and 01.09. - 31.12.
• 30 % for the period 01.07. - 31.08.
