Taxes and Tourist Tax:
The prices quoted include bed linen, hand and bath towels, final cleaning as well as taxes (13%) and TOURIST TAX , which we pay directly to the Šibenik Tourist Office on your behalf. The Tourist Tax is:

• 1,70 € per person and night in the period 01.01. to 31.12.2023.

Check-in:

• Your apartment is available from 15.00 on the day of arrival.
• We ask for your understanding that an earlier check-in is only possible upon availability and prior consultation with us.

Check-out:

• Your apartment must be vacated by 09.00 am.
• We ask for your understanding that a later check-out is only possible upon availability and prior consultation with us.

Reservations:

• Your reservation is considered binding upon receipt of a reservation confirmation. A refund of the booking price is possible only in exceptional cases and after prior consultation.

Please send us your desired dates and the expected number of guests. We will send you a request confirmation and personal offer as soon as possible.
