Taxes and Tourist Tax:
The prices quoted include bed linen, hand and bath towels, final cleaning as well as taxes (13%). The TOURIST TAX will be charged additionally and paid by us directly to the Šibenik Tourist Board. The Tourist Tax is:

• 1,70 € per person and night in the period 01.01. to 31.12.2024

• 1,80 € per person and night in the period 01.01. to 31.03.2025
• 2,00 € per person and night in the period 01.04. to 30.09.2025
• 1,80 € per person and night in the period 01.10. to 31.12.2025

Check-in:

• Your apartment is available from 15.00 on the day of arrival.
• We ask for your understanding that an earlier check-in is only possible upon availability and prior consultation with us.

Check-out:

• Your apartment must be vacated by 09.00 am.
• We ask for your understanding that a later check-out is only possible upon availability and prior consultation with us.

Reservations:

• Your reservation is considered binding upon receipt of a reservation confirmation. A refund of the booking price is possible only in exceptional cases and after prior consultation.
